Alumni mentor
The ESBS Alumni Mentor Program enables you to have the power to inspire, motivate, and support ESBS students. Your knowledge, experience, and insight will help students maximize their ESBS experience and open their eyes to the opportunities and challenges they will face after graduation. Whether you were supported by alumni during your own time at ESBS or you simply want to give back to the institution that has helped shape your career, mentoring is an easy way to make a real, lasting impact on the ESBS community. You can be in Strasbourg or in San Francisco we strongly encourage all the Alumni to take part to this program.
How it works :

- Update your profile and post a brief description of your experience, background and interests.
- Await student mentor request(s)
Students
The ESBS Alumni Mentor Program gives you the opportunity to connect with Alumni during one year. You will be assisted with academic guidance, career advice and personal development. It’s a valuable relationship that serves as an important complement to your classroom and action learning experiences, and makes for a richer ESBS experience. In addition to sharing their own experiences and advice, mentors can provide access to the larger ESBS alumni network. This access brings you valuable exposure to hundreds of alumni working in different geographies, and job functions, opening your eyes to the different types of careers and experiences available to you upon graduation. We encourage you to connect on a regular basis ( once a month phone call, in personal meeting, or email conversation).
How it works :
- Register / Log in to esbsalumni.com
- Complete / Update your profile
- Upload a professional photo
- Include academic, volunteer and professional experience
- Search and review Alumni Mentor profiles
- Once you find the ideal mentor, click “Request Mentorship” on their profile. Personalize your message in the “Mentoring request” box and then click “Send.”
You are allowed to request only ONE alumni mentor.
