Alumni Day: 8h30-17h30 (at the ESBS & online)

General Assembly: 12h15-14h (at the ESBS & online)

Evening restaurant: 20h-1h (Croque Bedaine Esplanade)

🎊 We are delighted to invite you to the Alumni Day 2023. Come and join us for a fantastic reconnection day!

😎 This year’s theme is “Diversity and richness of the ESBS network“. We wanted to highlight unconventional careers and uncommon science fields so we have selected 8 ESBS Alumni with outstanding and inspiring profiles.

πŸ‘₯ During lunch break, the General Assembly of the AAE will take place with a summary of our latest actions and the election of the new team. The Assembly will be streamed online. Register on the same form as for the Alumni Day, even if you will be online, and don’t forget to get your annual membership!

πŸ₯¨ The event will be followed by dinner and drinks at the emblematic Croque Bedaine restaurant, starting at 8pm. Do not forget to choose this option during your registration!

🀝 Make sure to register for the event! AAE members can attend for a discounted price so this is also the right time to renew your membership.

πŸ’» While the Alumni Day is designed as an in-person networking event, talks will also be streamed online for people who cannot travel to Strasbourg. Online registration is available for a small fee.

πŸ† ESBS anecdotes and Quiz 😜 How much do you know about the ESBS?

We will close the event with a cocktail and networking time. We are preparing a little quizz for you to remember and share good (or embarrassing) moments at the school and an open stage for best Science Jokes.

The winners for Best Joke and Best Team will receive a special prize 🎁

πŸ’Œ To make this even more special, you can share with us your best anecdotes before the event and we will include them in the Quizz!
